The Canadian Grand Prix was a great race and despite it being Max Verstappen on Pole and taking the chequered flag, it wasn’t always a foregone conclusion today. With 3 safety car periods, cars out of position and varied strategies, it made for a fun race. Sainz gave it his all in the final few laps, but it wasn’t enough to deny Verstappen of another victory.

For Fantasy GP, the final podium was Verstappen, Sainz and Hamilton (yes, really!) – we all know Max took the the Pole Position, but it was a charging Carlos Sainz that took the Fastest Lap and we had a total of 3 Safety Car periods, 2 VSCs (Perez, then Schumacher having car issues) and then an SC when Tsunoda lost his car to the wall. For the Bonus Prediction, we asking about the winning margin, which was around 1s, so the answer was a) less than 5s.

Fernando Alonso has now been given a penalty and demoted to 9th after the race, due to excessive weaving in defending against Bottas on the final lap. Points have been revised as of 10am BST Monday
