After a rather snooze inducing Sprint, the Qatar Grand Prix gave us much more of a thriller with an early safety car throwing the pit strategies into a mess, for McLaren at least and opening the door for Max to take an unexpected victory. This sets up the final round to be an epic 3 way battle for the title, Norris leading Verstappen by 12 points and Piastri only a few more points back.

In Fantasy GP terms we had a podium of Verstappen, Piastri and Sainz with Piastri taking the fastest lap. Of course, Piatri had Pole Position and we had a total of 1 Safety Car period. For the bonus prediction, the correct answer was C, No – because Piastri won the Sprint and Verstappen won the GP, so not the same driver or the same car.

The final race of the season is next weekend and it should be a cracker, we’re looking forward to it already!
