Lewis Hamilton made it 93 wins today with another race victory at the Imola circuit with Bottas taking P2. Verstappen had the speed to mix with the Mercedes, but ultimately a tyre failure took him out of contention.

Beyond the Mercedes show of dominance, it was a more interesting afternoon with the super competitive midfield battling it out. Really good fun. In the end it was Ricciardo who took another podium for Renault ahead of an impressive 5th for Kvyat and Leclerc in 6th.

Huge bonus points for Raikkonen, Giovinazzi and Latifi today and plenty more across the grid too. We had a total of 2 safety car periods, Hamilton took the fastest lap and we had 15 cars finishing the race.
