Following the second race of the season, driver and car values have now been adjusted. Some cars will have gone up in value, others down and the same for some drivers too. The game will open for team changes by 5pm BST Monday 19th April.

The maximum a driver or car will change is $3m and the changes in the values are calculated through our results analysis tool, which takes into account the last race(s) performance, the Fantasy GP points (including bonus points), relative values of rivals and then reviewed by our (human) panel to make any adjustments where necessary.

Some players will benefit with cars/drivers going up in value and will then be able to sell and buy another driver/car of higher value. Others may see a net loss of their team value. Some may have lost of some drivers/cars and gained on others. PRO players can see the price changes and trends via the Stats pages.

In one sense, it’s a good idea to play the market and pick drivers/cars that you think will do better than their current value, but remember also that you may not want to sell them if they are that good. It’s another dimension to the game that adds another layer of fun.
