Carlos Sainz will not take part in the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix, due to having appendicitis – he will be replaced by Oliver Bearman – the talented, British F2 driver.

Bearman has driven in practice sessions for Haas last year and has Pole Position for the F2 feature race this weekend too. Could be a good gamble for your Fantasy GP team.

In terms of Fantasy GP, if you have Sainz in your team or predictions, you’ll now inherit Bearman. You’ll score any points Bearman scores and when Sainz is back in the car, you’ll have Sainz back.

This doesn’t count as a change in terms of your free team change allowances. Everyone has unlimited free changes anyway, until the game locks for Saudi Arabia.

When the game unlocks after the race this weekend, all players will have their allocated free team changes for the season (number of changes dependent on whether you’re a PRO player or not).
