It would be fair to say that, under the lights of Singapore, we got served up, at best, a lacklustre affair. A touch between the two McLarens at the opening was about as spicy as the action got, aside from late charges in the second half of the field, and Hamilton managing to complete the fastest and slowest lap!

In Fantasy GP terms, Russell followed up Saturday’s superb pole to clinch a brilliant win. Verstappen could have done with more that second if he has any chance to catch the two drivers ahead in the standings. Norris will feel similar, with third place chipping away at Piastri’s advantage, but he may feel its another opportunity lost will remaining race numbers slipping away. For the second year running, there were no safety cars on the difficult street circuit, while the bonus points answer was C (7 or more places) following Sainz’s late charge on the softs. As mentioned previously, Hamilton secured the fastest lap before his breaks failed.
