Mercedes showed just how dominant they are today with commanding Pole – Flag victory for Lewis Hamilton. Max Verstappen impressed with P2 in his Red Bull, somehow managing to split the Silver Black Arrows.

Racing Point had a great day with P4 and P5, Stroll was classified as 4th with Perez receiving a time penalty for ignoring blue flags. Bottas grabbed the fastest lap with a late pit stop for fresh tyres and the race was free of any safety cars.

Giovinazzi and Vettel brought home 12 bonus points each, but besides that there weren’t many bonus points to be had. A fair few drivers improved a position with Leclerc’s car failure leading him to last place and out of the race.
