So, 2024 comes to a close with a dodgems-style, penalty-filled, tantrum-interrupted race in Abu Dhabi. Norris’ controlled start to finish win in the McLaren secured them a historic constructor’s title in a fantastic season, holding off the Ferrari’s, the most notable of which was Leclerc, starting 19th, finishing lap one up in 8th and then delivering a memorable podium. A special mention to Hamilton in his last race for Mercedes too, finishing 4th from starting 16th.

In Fantasy GP terms, we have the podium of Norris, Sainz and Leclerc, with Magnussen taking the Fastest Lap (and the last extra point before it is abolished for 2025). Saturday’s pole went to Norris and, in terms of Safety Car periods, we saw 1 virtual safety car for Perez’s miserable early exit.. Stroll finished a disappointing 14th, meaning the answer to the bonus question was A (nil points).
