The Belgian Grand Prix brought F1 back with a bang after a seemingly endless summer break, phew! Find out how you did…
The Podium Prediction
We had a podium of Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, and Daniel Ricciardo. If you predicted them in those positions, that would be 10 points for each and a bonus 20pts if you got all 3 correct. Well done. If you got one, two or all three, but in the wrong order you’ll get 5 points for each of them.
Qualifying Bonus and Pole Position
Qualifying, if any of the drivers in your team out qualified their team mate, they’ll get 5 points ‘qualy bonus’ – for Canada, these were: HAM, VER, VET, HUL, ALO, PER, ERI, SAI, STR and GRO. And if you had Hamilton in your team then you’ll have got the 5 points and the additional 10 points bonus for having the Pole Position driver too.
First to Retire
Pascal Wehrlein was the first to retire, not the result he needs or wanted.
Just 1 safety car for Belgium this time, thanks to the Force India teammate collision.
Sebastian Vettel bagged the Fastest Lap of the race and a new lap record for the Spa Francorchamps circuit.
Race Bonus Points
Bonus points can be VERY handy in Fantasy GP, but bit points hauls were out of the question with limited overtaking. Massa was imperezive though to come away with 24 bonus points!
Full list of bonus points: MAS +24, KVY +21, VAN +18, STR and GRO + 12, RIC and SAI +9, PAL, HUL and ERI +3.
